We represent clients in issuing or responding to subpoenas and drafting responses to warning letters received from third parties or government institutions.

We assist clients in reviewing and assessing legal risks related to business transactions.
5. Licensing and Articles of Association Review
We review licensing documents and corporate articles of association and provide recommendations for necessary updates.

We assist clients in meetings or negotiations for agreement drafting with third parties.

We provide legal assistance in resolving disputes both in and out of court.
With a retainer system, our law firm will handle all of the client’s corporate legal needs as though we were an in-house legal team. Retainer fees are often more cost-efficient than hiring external counsel per case. We ensure that every legal cooperation is compliant with applicable law, minimizes potential risks, and are ready to defend the client in case of disputes.
Clients will be bound to a minimum one (1) year retainer contract, subject to mutual agreement.
We provide a monthly time sheet report detailing the progress and outcomes of legal work completed.
With our retainer services, clients benefit from proactive legal risk mitigation, cost-effective legal support, and full legal compliance for business operations.
Our retainer legal services start from IDR 5,000,000 per month for UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), excluding 11% VAT and 2% consulting service tax (PPh 23). Fees for larger businesses or more complex scopes of work will be adjusted accordingly, based on the client’s specific needs and business scale.
We will take all necessary legal actions to support the client’s case, carefully plan legal strategies, and provide reports for every action and court session conducted.
All legal service fees will be adjusted according to the client’s needs and capabilities, based on mutual agreement.
